Updates of Qian Yun Hui’s death (1): many Chinese Netizen volunteers went to the village (videos + audio)

Note: all the information is from the Internet. I’m following the case online and will post the updates.

On Christmas day (Dec. 25, local time), Qian Yunhui was found dead under a truck’s wheel. The local gov’t announced twice that it’s just a traffic accident, but almost the whole country’s netizens doubt it. Here is the link I wrote before about this event:

Now, I want to add some updates. Anyway, Chinese people, not the gov’t have made some actions to look for the truth.

Now, it’s Dec. 30 in Toronto. In the mainland of China, it should be the early morning Dec. 31. Almost six days past after this respectable and brave man.

Here is a list of events by time:

1, The death of Mr. Qian on Dec. 25, later than 9 am.
2, The villagers found him and were shocked. More and more people gethered. They took some stones, sticks to block that truck and covered Mr. Qian with a shelter. They protected the site. Someone took photos and videos.
3, The local armed chief of police came and tried to take the body away. The villagers didn’t allow it. They fought and the police failed.
4, Soon, more armed police came with dogs. The villagers failed in the second fighting. The police took the body away and also took a few villagers away.

5, Someone posted the photos on the Chinese polular forum website. The photos are so miserable, and a huge number of Chinese netizens got furious. A lot of reporters went to that village.
6, Under the pressure, the local gov’t made a press conference that announced that it’s just a traffic accident, but the netizens didn’t believe it.
7, The higher position authorities announced that they would make a second check and made the situation open to the public.
8, within 48 hours, another press conference was held and the officers still announced that it’s not a murder and it’s a traffic accident. The video about the press conference and the video of the CCTV interviews of that driver and the deputy chief of police who are responisible for the second check were posted online.
Here, the netizens analyzed all the information they could get: photos, videos etc. They found a few bugs. For example, the statement of that deputy chief didn’t match the speech of that driver about how the driver left the site. Someone even used the google map to check the track of the truck. The officer said that it came from another place. The officers said the camera was broken near the site but if it’s true, the truck should have passed more than 10 intersections where had watch cameras. Why not show one of them to prove that that truck really came from another place, not just wait there to kill Mr. Qian? More information are exposed, more doubts emerge.
9, The netizens planned to go there in person to do some investigation. Some netizens might already arrived there. Anyway, so far, on Dec. 31, local time,
Four groups of ordinary people had arrived there. Here they are:
1) one group led by a lawyer from Beijingarrived at that village on 29 (local time).
2) one group led by a professor from Beijing.
3) one group led by a former reporter.
4) one group led by Wu Gan. CNN called him activist.
On Dec. 30 (local time), the rest of four groups arrived at that village.

On Dec. 29 (local time), Mr. Wu Gan called the son of Mr. Qian Yunhui. He told him that the officers asked him to have a chat, but he didn’t dare to go there. The son said, “I’m afraid. I’m a peasant. I don’t know how to say. They will write down what I say and may tell me there is something that offends the law. …”

Here is the audio:

Mr. Wu Gan told him that he would like to help him. Mr. Wu said, “We can send a lawyer to go with you… if you need help about laywer and help economically, or if you are threatened, just tell me and we can help. We can take you to Beijing… we stand behide you.”

On Dec. 29 (local time), on his micro-blog, Mr. Wu announced he got permission from the family of Mr. Qian and would set off to Zhaiqiao village, with a lawyer from Beijing.

Before he set off to that village, soon, he announced that he got a video.

Later on, it’s found that it’s a video about the police arriving the site and dealing with the event. He speculated that it might be someone from the police who gave him this valuable materials.

The video are attached below. Soon, another video was posted online: it’s the situation before the police arrived. It’s all attached below.

With those materials, some Chinese netizens made a more detailed analysis and got a conclusion: it’s a murder.

Here is some analysis:

1) It was raining. But the field under the truck is dry, it shows that the truck didn’t just pass by from another place. It waited there for a quite long time to kill Mr. Qian.
2) There is no braking marks on the ground for the three wheels. The wheel who killed Mr. Qian made a special mark on the ground but it’s not a braking mark. It’s just a mark that the wheel was blocked by the body of Mr. Qian.
3) Someone analyzed the position of soil near the wheel. That is very technical.
4) The driver said that he turned the wheel to the left, but the sign of the wheel on the ground was straight.
And many others. Those people also took the related chips of video and screen shots out of those videos and posted near their related analysis.

Here is a speculate from a netizen. It seems very reasonable:

Mr. Qian was beaten severely on the ground by several strong men. But when he lied on the ground upside down, he saw the truck driving to him. He truggled to stand up. That’s why he had that posture under the wheel: kneeled on the ground with his neck under the wheel.
The police arrived and delt with the event

I hate to be Chinese. Confucius taught people being nice to elderly, to teach, to parents no matter what they’ve done to you. That’s why chinese people not dare to fight back. Have you ever seen a chinese suicide bomber, probably not. We just too coward. We don’t have religion except few people. Majority believe money only. Money is our current religion.
