The drupal 7 already have installed the “Wysiwyg” module.

Step 1: download full package from this link: http://ckeditor.com/download. Unzip the downloaded file and put it in the folder: /sites/all/libraries .

Step 2: download CKEditor – WYSIWYG HTML editor on the link: https://drupal.org/project/ckeditor

unzip it and put it on /sites/all/modules .

Step 3: go to administration panel, enable the module.

Step 4: click the configuration link behind the module name, configure the buttons etc.

It works on Firefox, but it’s empty on IE 8.
