I called National Student Loans Service Centre (1-888-815-4514).  My English isn’t good. If I understood correctly, the representitive said that now it’s not called Interest Relief. It’s called something like repay blah, blah. But if one-time payment is done, the things are over. No interest is refund, whatever your income is.
