The building at the back is Toronto city hall. The middle lower part of the city hall building is the city council meeting room. The visitors can go to watch the meeting directly if there is a meeting and even have a chance to speak. If there is no meeting, the visitors need to make an appointment to have a visit. I have had a look at that room. It’s the first very impressive experience about political transparency and democracy since I came to Canada.

The ground at the front is skating rink, which may be free.
