M: I saw the pop-out news saying that South Korea fired North Korea first.
M: It says that South Korea has admitted it.
U: admitted what?
M: admitted that South Korea fired first to North Korea
U: The South Koreans were firing practice rounds in the part of the sea that North Korea claims as its own….so the North Koreans will claim this as an excuse….The South Koreans were firing in a western direction away from North Korea.
U: further reading of realiable sources would have confirmed this without having to ask me
M: I opened a webpage and then a pop-out window. The first line is titled in red: South Korea admitted it fired first.
M: It’s a Chinese website.
M: I wonder if it’s ordered by the gov’t to put this as a headline report.
U: of course….a reliable source of information from the Peoples Republic of China
M: Just so you know, it’s said that publicity department of China likes to tell the media about what to put as headlines.
M: So when I saw it, I think that it may show the attitude of the gov’t.
