  • Your pass can only be transferred after a person using the pass has exited the TTC transit system. No "Pass Back" allowed. Penalty for misuse of the transferable pass.

The Metropass Discount Plan Office is located above the Davisville Subway Station, on the Main Floor of TTC Head Office, in the Metropass Discount Plan Office, Customer Centre.

We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Hours extended to 5:30 p.m. on the first and last two business days of the month. Closed on Statutory Holidays.
