英文叫 refund.
这里只说用PayPal收款和退款。
下面蓝色部分是拷贝的PayPal的说明，就是进入PayPal帐户，如果60天内：
MyAccount => History 找到相应的收款项。
Details => Issue Refund 输入数量， 然后 continue => Issue Refund.
How do I send a partial refund?

- Here's how to send a partial refund:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click My Account at the top of the page.
- Click History.
- Find the payment you'd like to refund.
- Click Details.
- Click Issue Refund.
- Enter the refund amount and click Continue.
- Click Issue Refund.
After 60 days, you can use Send Money to refund the partial payment.

如果超过60天，使用Send Money来退款。

个人理解，60天内用Issue Refund，PayPal收的手续费是退的，超过60天，就不退了。没实践过。

eBay这方面，收的佣金并不会自动退，需要和eBay的 Resolution Centre 联系解决。
