Look at the picture accompanying this article. Not sure about the rest of the country but as being applied to Edmonton and Calgary specifically. It boggles my mind that people will pay the kind of money they do for houses in these new communities built in the last five years or so. Never mind the fact that the majority of these houses were basically thrown up overnight using low and poor quality building materials(can you say sawdust and glue?), they were also shoddily constructed by workforce of mostly inexperienced workers during the boom. What makes me wonder the most is how people can pay half a million dollars plus to live in communities where the lots and houses are packed in such high density areas so close that the people literally live like rats. I mean why not just live in a condo or apartment building if you want to be able to shake your neighbors hand through the window, it is alot cheaper? LOL

The bubble is going to burst, THE BUBBLE IS GOING TO BURST!
Someday, maybe, perhaps, in the future, possibly.
Just like if you play the same numbers in 6/49, you WILL win.
Someday, maybe, perhaps, in the future, possibly.
Until then, enjoy mommy and daddy's basement - while you still can.
